Cranial implants
Patient-specific cranioplasty implants in titanium, PEEK and PMMA for trauma, tumour and decompressive craniectomy reconstruction.
Cranial implants →Custom implants in titanium, PEEK and PMMA from leading certified manufacturers, designed from your patient's CT scan for cranioplasty and maxillofacial reconstruction. One team from scan to surgery.
Patient-specific cranial and maxillofacial implants are custom implants designed from a patient's own CT scan to fit a skull or facial bone defect exactly. Our partner manufacturers have delivered more than 4,500 patient-specific implants to over 500 surgeons in 29 states across India. A typical case takes 7 days from receiving the CT scan to delivery at the hospital. Implants are available in titanium, PEEK and PMMA, made under ISO 13485 quality systems as CDSCO-licensed devices. Partner implants have been used at hospitals including Fortis (Delhi), AIIMS (Raipur), Army Dental (Delhi) and GDC (Nagpur).
Every implant is designed by the manufacturer's biomedical engineers from the patient's own CT, reviewed with the operating surgeon and made to fit the first time.

Cranial implants →Custom orbital floor, zygoma, maxilla and mandible implants and CMF plates, mirrored from the healthy side for symmetry.
Maxillofacial implants →PEEK implants for chin, jawline, malar and piriform augmentation, plus patient-specific surgical guides.
Facial contouring →3D printed osseointegration mesh with a porous lattice for bone ingrowth, including ridge augmentation.
3D printed titanium mesh →No bending or trimming in theatre. The implant is shaped before you scrub in.
Exact margins leave less dead space and less room for infection.
Mirrored from the healthy side for a natural contour.
A fit planned and approved in advance means fewer repeat surgeries.
We work with several certified patient-specific implant manufacturers. For each case we recommend the option best suited to the anatomy, material, timeline and budget, and manage everything from CT scan to delivery.
Choose the material for the defect, the soft tissue and the patient's imaging needs. Every implant follows the same patient-specific workflow.
Medical-grade Ti-6Al-4V
Polyether ether ketone
Polymethyl methacrylate
PCL-TCP scaffolds & absorbable fixation
Each implant is quoted per case after we review the CT. Upload a CT scan to get a design plan, or read our guides to PEEK vs titanium cranioplasty and choosing an implant material.
Upload the DICOM files securely on our website, or share a link or WhatsApp.
The manufacturer's engineers design the implant and review it with you before production.
Made in titanium, PEEK, PMMA or bioresorbable PCL-TCP in a certified medical-device facility.
Sterile, traceable and ready for surgery, typically within 7 days.

Upload the CT scan with the case details. Our team replies within one working day with a design plan, manufacturer options and timeline.
Chat on WhatsAppA patient-specific implant is designed from one patient's CT scan to match their anatomy exactly, then 3D-printed or machined in titanium, PEEK or PMMA. It fits the defect without bending or trimming during surgery.
Typically 7 days from receiving the CT to delivery at your hospital, including design review with the surgeon. Timelines vary by manufacturer and material.
Upload the DICOM files as a ZIP on our upload page, paste a Google Drive or WeTransfer link in the form, or share it on WhatsApp. Remove the patient name and ID before sending.
A thin-slice CT (1 mm or less) exported as DICOM, covering the full defect and the healthy opposite side. For facial cases, CT or CBCT of the face is accepted.
We supply implants from several certified patient-specific implant manufacturers in India. We recommend the best option for each case based on anatomy, material, timeline and budget.
PEEK is radiolucent with bone-like stiffness, titanium offers the highest strength in thin forms, and PMMA is the cost-conscious option. The treating surgeon chooses based on defect size, soft tissue and imaging needs.
Yes. Production starts only after the surgeon approves the design, margins and fixation plan.
